Let us know how we’re doing ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜

Keep an eye on your inbox for our member experience survey.

Reaching out to you in a new way

In the past, we sent surveys electronically and through snail mail every three weeks to a random selection of members who visited a branch or conducted business over the phone. Now, we are emailing a select number of members daily to gain more timely, relevant answers to how we can better serve you and improve Arsenal Credit Union.

Don’t worry about receiving a ton of these surveys. We have a system in place so that we don’t repeatedly email you.

Every opinion matters

Whether you have $10 or $10,000 on deposit with us, your feedback matters. Applying for a loan or opening a new account online? We are also asking for feedback to make these processes easier, faster and more user-friendly.

We want to hear everything you have to say about us

Whatever opinion you give us, we’ll keep a ‘can-do’ attitude

It’s our mission to have you experience EXCELLENCE every time you do business with us. Giving us a positive review is always appreciated, but sometimes we need to step up our game.

If you have difficulties while in a branch, while using online/mobile banking or while applying for a loan, please let us know. We use all feedback to recognize and coach employees so we can give you the ideal experience.

Share your feedback on social media

Sharing is caring

Not only do we love your feedback, other people love feedback, too. When searching for a new financial institution to open a checking account or borrow money for a car, most people do some online research first.

When you share your Arsenal experience on sites like Facebook, Google Reviews and Yelp, it lets others know what they can expect when they come to us. After completing a survey, we’ll present you with several social-sharing buttons to make this a piece of cake.

Here’s what members like you are telling us already

That’s right! Members just like you.

We’re about a month into this new system and you have already provided us with some great feedback. When asked “what is the most important reason for your score,” below is what some of you told us.

Each member listed gave us permission to use their quote and their full name. You have the option not to share anything when you complete a survey.
