Visit us during normal business hours
All branches have lobby and drive-up access available from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, we are available for an extra hour until 6:00 p.m. On Saturdays, our business hours are from 9:00 a.m. until noon.
We encourage you to continue using our drive-ups (and ATMs) for simple, routine transactions, including loan payments, withdrawals and deposits. Before, during and after business hours, you can deposit cash/checks and drop off loan payments in the night depository drop box located in the drive-up area at each of our branches.
Our call center and eServices staff can assist you from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. until noon on Saturdays. ATMs are available 24/7.
Please follow our safety measures
Per CDC guidelines, face masks are optional for fully vaccinated members and employees. Members wearing masks in our branches may be asked to briefly lower them for identification purposes.
Social distancing is still being practiced; we have signs and floor markers within our branches to assist you on keeping 6 feet apart. Protective Plexiglas shields also remain up at our teller windows and in employee offices as another safety precaution. Please respect the personal space of others as pandemic restrictions continue to ease. Hand sanitizer is still available inside for you to use.
Do not visit if you are sick
If you are not feeling well or are exhibiting any of the symptoms of coronavirus outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, please refrain from visiting any of our physical locations. We can still serve you through live chat and over the phone.
