The fact is, in 2020, not many of us use our phones to make calls anymore. Talking with someone just isn’t as convenient as sending a quick text.
If making a call isn’t your thing, then we have great news.
Have a question about your account? Just shoot us a text, and an Arsenal rep will help you with the same personal service and care as they would in-person or over the phone. If you text us during non-business hours, your message will be held in a queue, and an employee will be able to serve you when next available.
Some of the things our new text message system can do for you include:
- Sending you information about your account when you request it.
- Letting you send documents, like a photo of your driver’s license or insurance info, as an image safely.
- Relaying alerts when we try to call and your voicemail is full or when we receive an email from you.
- Alerting you when we need additional info for loan approvals, Skip-a-Pays or when your loan is paid in full.
- Answering basic questions: When we’re open, our routing number, etc.
- Giving you a heads up when our branches may not be available due to weather or other circumstances.
