Information regarding your IRS stimulus
Everyone is talking about the new round of stimulus payments
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) began making direct deposits for its second round of stimulus checks to taxpayers. If you received your first-round check via direct deposit into your Arsenal Credit Union account, you will most likely receive it the same way within the next week.
Due to high call and chat volume right now, the quickest, most effective way to see if you have received your payment is by logging into your online or mobile banking account. Arsenal staff will not have the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your stimulus payment until it is posted into your account.
Note: The IRS will also start mailing paper checks this week.
Check the status of your payment
The IRS is reconfiguring its Economic Impact Payments tool to work with this second round of stimulus checks. Currently it is not active. Please continue to refresh this site to see when it is working again.
Be safe and avoid scams
The IRS will never call, text or message you on social media for information regarding your economic stimulus payment. Arsenal Credit Union will also never ask for personal information in this manner.
If you receive a message from someone claiming to be from the IRS or Arsenal Credit Union asking you for personal information, please hang up, delete the email/text or report the user to the appropriate social media service.
