Fraud/Identity Theft
Never share your online banking info

Stop fraud before it happens. Keep your usernames and passwords to yourself.

We’ve been receiving reports of members getting phone calls from fraudsters pretending to be from Arsenal asking for their online banking login information.

Remember to never share this or other private information with anyone who calls, texts, emails, sends a social media message or asks for it in any other type of unsolicited manner.

Arsenal Credit Union representatives will never ask for this or other personal, confidential information unsolicited if there is a problem with your account.

If you receive any communication of this type, please hang up or delete immediately. You can also report the attack to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) using the link below.
