How do I use Live Video Banking on my computer?

If accessing Live Video Banking on your computer, you’ll receive a pop-up window once you click the link. Fill out your first name, last name and email, then agree to the terms and conditions. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with us through video, voice or chat on the next screen.

If conducting a video chat, make sure to allow access to your camera and microphone. On the next screen, click the green “Video Call Team” button and we’ll connect you to the next available representative.


How do I use Live Video Banking on my smartphone?

After you download the app, open it and select the option for “Quick Video Call.” On the next screen, fill out your first name, last name and email, then agree to the terms and conditions. Once you’ve entered your information, we’ll remember it so you don’t have to enter it again.

From now on, whenever you need to reach us, just open your Live Video Banking app and select the “Start Video Call” option.
