Once the digital upgrade happens, the current app installed on your phone will no longer be operational. Don’t worry, using the new app will be more convenient and user-friendly. Follow these steps for a successful first login.
- Download the new app on the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android devices).
- Follow the steps listed in our FAQs to login for the first time.
- Answer the questions the new mobile app prompts you with.
That’s it! You can now explore your accounts and the new mobile banking options.
If you login with a thumbprint or Face ID, you’ll need to re-enter that information for easy access without remembering usernames/passwords.
