Process Overview

The Supervisory Committee is a multi-member panel that operates independently of the board of directors and the credit union. Among its roles, it serves as a liaison between the membership and management.

Requests submitted through this form or by mail (P.O. Box 1246, Arnold, MO 63010) are routed to the Supervisory Committee. Risk Management is copied on form submissions to support intake, documentation, and coordination of responses; however, the Supervisory Committee retains oversight and direction of all matters received.
