Arsenal really cares about its members and employees. I enjoy helping others and Arsenal allows me to do what I love — whether it’s building or rebuilding credit, purchasing a new ride or helping a member get funds to go through another round of IVF. I've helped members reach their goals and achieve their dreams. Arsenal has helped me reach my own goals, too.

Why I love working here:

I could never have imagined something like this happening 24 years ago. I was working in the banking industry and thought I was taking a job with a similar purpose. I didn’t realize how different credit unions could be! Our core mission is to help people reach their goals - even if their financial situation is less than ideal. During my time here I’ve been so lucky to work with people who share this same philosophy. And it’s not just about providing financial solutions. I was asked to develop a community outreach program early in my career here, and the program has taken on a life of its own. We’re now able to help so many people (and four-legged friends) in our community.
