Thank you so much for taking care of your business at our branch located at 4384 N. Illinois Street in Swansea, IL. You now have access to a live teller and 24/7 ATM. To access the machine, please drive around the building, past the drive-up windows, and make a left. The machine is in the same position as the previous ATM.
Using this machine, you’ll be able to take care of your usual drive-up teller transactions during normal business hours. Employees will also still be available inside of the Swansea branch to serve you.
The machine will also serve as a 24/7 ATM, allowing you to deposit and withdraw cash at any time during the day. You can even choose which cash denominations you’d like to receive back.

How do I access the new interactive teller machine? To access the new machine, please drive around the building as you’d normally do for the drive-up teller. You’ll keep driving around, past the windows, until you reach the interactive teller machine.
How do I use the video teller? Just tap on the screen and follow the prompts. A representative will be available to help you on screen momentarily.
What do I need to use the video teller? You’ll need to insert your driver’s license into the scanner located on the top-left of the machine. If we have your current ID on file, we can start the transaction with no need to scan.
What transactions can I make using the video teller? You can perform most teller transactions, including but not limited to withdrawing and depositing cash, paying loans, making transfers between accounts and depositing checks.
How do I access the new ATM features? Just insert your Arsenal Credit Union debit card and enter your PIN. This ATM will also be available to members of other credit unions that belong to the CO-OP Network of ATMs.
Can I choose how I get cash back? You’ll be able to receive cash back with several of the most popular denominations.
Where will the video teller be located? The new machine will be installed in the same location as the current ATM.
Is the new machine free to use? Yes! As part of the CO-OP network, ATM transactions are also free for members of other credit unions that participate.
