Pay loan payments with your Arsenal account, fast
Within your online + mobile banking account, making your loan payments takes just a few seconds if you have funds in your Arsenal checking or savings account.
- For online banking users: Login to your account > Hover over the menu item that says Transfer & Pay > Click on Transfers.
- For mobile banking users: Login to your account > Tap Move Money> Tap Transfer.
You’ll be directed to a menu where you can take care of paying your Arsenal loans with your connected checking and savings accounts.
- First, select which account you’d like to transfer funds from.
- Next, select which loan you’d like to transfer money to.
- In the next drop-down menu, you’ll be presented with loan payment options (current balance, last statement balance, minimum due, and other).
- You can also choose to create a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. Recurring payments can help schedule your payments so you don’t have to remember them each month.
Once you’ve set up your payment options, click the Review Transfer button at the bottom of the screen. Confirm your payment and you’re all set.
Pay with an outside account or debit card in online + mobile banking
If you don’t have a checking or savings account with Arsenal, you can still make your payments fast and free within online + mobile banking.
- For online banking users: Login to your account > Hover over the menu item that says Transfer & Pay > Click on Pay My Loan.
- For mobile banking users: Login to your account > Tap Move Money> Tap Pay My Loan.
Once in the portal, agree to the terms and conditions. Set up your funding method(s). You’re now ready to make payments on your Arsenal loans using an outside account or debit card for free.
Pay with an outside account or debit card online
If you don’t have an online + mobile banking account with Arsenal, you can still make your loan payments using an outside account or debit card.
- Visit our Online Payment Processing Center.
- Enter your Arsenal account number and ZIP code.
- Follow the prompts to set up funding from an outside account or debit card.
From here, you’ll be able to make one-time payments or schedule recurring payments. Please note that there is a small fee associated with using this payment method.
