We’ve been recognized as one of the Top Workplaces by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for the second consecutive year in the small-sized employer category.
This award is determined from employee feedback as well as the statements and demographic information collected within the Energage Survey. Energage is a survey software platform that helps measure, improve and showcase workplace culture.
The Top Workplace survey baseline is derived from over 23 million Energage surveys from 70,000 organizations. The parameters change yearly, and because of this, it is increasingly difficult to maintain the same yearly rankings.

In addition to being ranked in the top five percent in the Employee Appreciation category, we’ve received an additional top 5 percent culture badge for the Innovation category. Overall, Arsenal secured another eight culture badges in the top 25 percent, for a total of 10 culture badges.
