Card Management lets you create custom security preferences so you can keep tabs on your cards and accounts anytime, anywhere. Keep reading below to learn about the key features of Card Management. To access this tool:

Block a lost/stolen card
It happens. Losing your card is never a good feeling. If you feel that your card has been lost or stolen, just visit the Card Management tool and toggle the Block This Card button. You can untoggle this option when you recover your card.
Important: If you do believe that your card has been stolen, please call us to make sure that it gets cancelled immediately.

Create spending alerts and controls
You know what types of transactions you normally make. Card Management lets you monitor and control your accounts in two unique ways for various spending types.
- Alerts: Receive an alert via text or email when a certain type of transaction is made.
- Controls: Block certain types of transactions happening on your card.
You can set up alerts and controls based on spending limits, types of transactions and so much more.
Get a quick replacement card
If you have a lost or stolen card, you can order a quick replacement through Card Management. Just navigate to the Replacement Options section. You’ll be able to let us know if your card has been lost or stolen.
Once you submit this request, your card will be cancelled and a new card (with a new number) will be sent to your address on file. If you need a debit card ASAP, visit us at a branch and receive a new card through instant-issue.
Set up a travel notice
Traveling during the holiday season? Set up a travel notice in Card Management to keep complete access to your card while you’re out of town. Creating a travel notice lets us know that any transactions on your card are legit and not fraud.
Connect your cards to your digital wallet
Did you know you don’t actually need your card to use it? Keep your Arsenal debit and credit cards at the top of your digital wallet with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Use your mobile device to make seamless, safe transactions at participating retailers.
